Welcome to Sigma Iota Epsilon
SIE is a student organization open to ALL majors and is dedicated to providing leadership experience and skills necessary to prepare students for management-related activities in any field. We also help with internship placement through speaker events and networking opportunities.
Mission: To motivate future managers by providing leadership opportunities, professional insight, community service, and social involvement.

- Develop skills through seminars and speaker-sponsored events
- Explore career options
- Give back to the community through service efforts
- Meet new people and, most of all, have fun and be social!
Membership Requirements
- You must attend two out of three general member meetings
- You must attend ALL committee meetings
- You must attend two speaker events
- You must earn three additional points my attending/organizing events
- Organizing an event/taking a leadership role is worth two points
- You must earn one point from a community service event
- You may not earn more than two points for socials (but you are encouraged to attend all of them!)
